Each wine in our selection is chosen for its intriguing story, or its unique grape varietal. And we will continue to supply a wonderful and never-ending selection for you to choose from. The perfect place to discover your new favourite tipple!


Our in-house and our carefully chosen charcuterie promise a wonderful taste journey! Come in and sample our salami, chorizo, Parma ham and coppa, some of it produced right here by Chef Paul.


We serve delicious charcuterie and cheese platters to pair with our wines. And if you’re feeling more adventurous, you’ll find locally-produced gin, tequila, and vodka, as well as The Red Herring’s olives and sweet chilli jam.

Wine & Swine originated in the ever creative mind of Chef Paul. Ever seeking new ideas, he felt the urge to explore the world of meat curing, and we had the ideal space in the cellar of The Red Herring in which to do it. Without delay, he attended a charcuterie course with Richard Bosman, and was captivated! He returned, bubbling with the urge to produce salami, chorizo, bacon, and pancetta. He proceeded to invest in a sausage stuffer and a meat slicer … and so the journey began. We roped in Maxine, our general manager at The Red Herring and minced and stuffed sausages for the next few months, experimenting with and honing the perfect flavours. At the same time, the perfect premises became available adjacent to The Red Herring, and nothing could stop us!
